Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 50 states. We do not offer international shipping yet. 

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

We offer free Priority Mail shipping for all orders - no minimums. 

How quickly will my order ship?  

We try to process orders as soon as possible. Every order is handmade in small batches to ensure the best quality and freshness. 

What is your return policy?  

At the moment, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us at info@liveinbungalow.com and we will be happy to solve it for you. 

Where's my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from us when your order ships. Please be sure to check all inboxes such as the "Social" tab to ensure you don't miss it. 

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address? 

We try to process our orders as fast as possible, but we will do our best to help! Reach out to info@liveinbungalow.com as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay.

How do I use and find out more information about each product?

Are all of your products in glass packaging?

All of our products are in glass packaging besides the in-shower polishes and soaks. We want to ensure safety for every customer. We ask you please recycle your packaging or reuse it when you are finished. 

Are you vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are vegan and cruelty-free (and proud of it!). Our products are plant-based and free from all animal-derived ingredients. 

How much product do I use?

A little goes a long way with our products and it is completely based on personal preference! We recommend starting small and adjusting based on your preference.

Is it normal for product color to vary? 

Yes! We use all unrefined ingredients. This may cause colors to vary in each product.

Why did my Super oil separate?

Our Super Oil will naturally separate after sitting for periods of time. Shake up your bottle before each use and you will be good to go!
